By renting equipment from Jireh Events, you agree to these terms. Rentals are for personal or business event use within the Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, and North Las Vegas service area.
Reservations are confirmed once a deposit is received. The remaining balance is due on or before the event date. Pricing on this site is for reference; final quotes are confirmed by phone or email.
For safety reasons, water slides and bounce houses cannot be used in high winds, lightning, or heavy rain. If weather forces a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. Cancellation and refund policies will be reviewed when you book.
We deliver, set up, and pick up all equipment. Please ensure the setup area is clear, level, and accessible. The customer is responsible for providing a safe location and a working power outlet within reasonable reach for inflatables.
An adult must supervise all inflatable rentals at all times. The customer is responsible for following posted safety rules, including weight limits and age restrictions, and for keeping the equipment free of shoes, food, sharp objects, and pets.
Normal wear and tear is expected. The customer is responsible for damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow safety guidelines. Jireh Events is not liable for injuries resulting from improper use or lack of supervision.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
